Joann 從2016 開始接觸瑜伽,熱愛瑜伽亦對瑜伽教學十分有熱忱,希望學生在練習過程中,透過專注自己,將呼吸和身體連結一起,從中慢慢提升對身體的覺察力。

Joann 專注教學,細心觀察學生動作,以仔細及清晰的講解,引導學生慢慢進入式子,亦會提供式子變化選項,去配合不同練習者的程度,增加挑戰趣味。
