課程透過高強度及間歇訓練運動穿插,讓身體能在短時間內燃燒熱量,有鍛鍊心肺及肌力的功效。 HIIT屬於高強度運動,完全沒有運動習慣、高齡者、體重過重、有心臟、代謝、肺部等疾病的人最好先詢問醫生。
